Sage Nation presents uniforms for Cremer, the bakery and canteen in Hoxton, London.

A four piece set, true to form, merging classical utility and heritage fabrics with a considered contemporary silhouette. Cut from custom fabrics, developed to mirror Cremer’s interiors and mission to serve as a home for independent craft, design, and hospitality. The uniform extends this philosophy to the staff.

FOH Shirt: A close relative of the deep pocketed Grange shirt, in an Ivory checked Japanese organic cotton with a papery touch.

FOH and Bakers, Trouser and Apron:
Another reimagined set from archive styles; Index Cargo Trouser and Wrap Skirt. The unisex set is realised in Japanese cotton canvas, naturally dyed to fade over time.
