United Kingdom (1-2 Days): 8.50 GBP

European Union (1-2 Days): 30 GBP

USA (2-3 Days): 23 GBP

Asia (2-3 Days): 35 GBP

Rest of the world (2-3 Days): 40 GBP

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over £300 worldwide. For all international shipments, customers are responsible for any import charges.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 working days. 

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification that will include the relevant tracking information.

Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

For all countries, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping. This means all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout. Your order will be delivered to you without additional charges upon arrival, and you will not be required to pay any customs fees to the courier.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Please contact customerservice@sagenation.uk for approval before returning your item.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping.

Once we have received the approved items, we aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days. We will then contact you via email of your refund/exchange status.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, as well as any attached tags. Items returned that do not meet these criteria may risk being rejected. Thank you for your understanding.
