We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Please see below for the following information for costings and delivery times.

United Kingdom: 

1-2 Days: 10 GBP

European Union:

1-2 Days: 30 GBP

USA:

2-3 Days: 28 GBP

Asia:

2-3 Days: 45 GBP

Rest of the world: 

2-3 Days: 40 GBP

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS DISPATCHED?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 working days. 

CAN I AMEND SHIPPING INFORMATION ONCE HAVE SUBMITTED MY ORDER?

Once an order has been completed, we cannot change the shipping address. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include relevant tracking information. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

All international shipments are sent DDU (delivery duty unpaid), customers are responsible for any import charges at their customs border. All international orders are sold without UK VAT.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. 

Please contact customerservice@sagenation.uk for approval before returning. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping. 

Once we have received the approved item/s, we aim to process all returns within 2-3 working days. We will contact you via email of your refund/exchange status.
